Refund & Return Policy

Defective Item 

• Exchange of the same item purchased
• Refund in store credit of the equivalent amount / Discount in store credit of the amount upon mutual agreement ( strictly no cash refunds )
• We will bear the postage fee for returns

Wrong Item

• Exchange of the same item purchased
• We will bear the postage fee for returns

•  Wrong size / colour chosen
• Does not look nice on me
• Slight colour difference 
• Minor stains below 1.5cm / Minor untrimmed threads
• 1-3cm measuring deviation 
• Items mentioned defects beforehand
• Arrival of backorder items : 1 month from closing date
• Return items are not in their original condition eg : washed, worn, tag removed, impossible major defects etc.
• Notify us regarding returning issue when parcel has already been received more than 5 days *regardless of any reasons*
• Parcel returned back to us by courier ( Caused by customer eg : did not pick up call / wrong phone number or address given )
• Parcel loss during delivery transit ( Caused by courier service or customer )
• Parcel loss during return transit

How to apply for return or refund : 

1. Send us a direct message to IG : guchella.team with photo and video of the defective item / wrong item and your order number for quicker response.

2. Wait for our reply within 24 hours ( Customer Service : Monday – Friday 10am-6pm ) .

3. Return your item via courier service within 5 days and snap a receipt of the postage fee in order to claim.

4. We will notify you via IG direct message when we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Receive your refund via store credit only which is able to use on any orders in www.guchella.com.

6. Return items must be shipped to us within 5 days ( since the day of return confirmation ) . We will not accept return or refund once exceeded 5 days *regardless of any reasons* .
